Hong Kong sevens and 15s international
Son of club co-founder Tony Pannell. Came through the New Year's Day youth teams the club grew from, then played for Hong Kong at sevens and in the Asian 5 Nations, and professionally in Japan.
Kenzo Pannell has been named in three OSOB squads at the HKFC 10s: 2013, 2017 and 2019. The official statistics credit Kenzo with 1 try and 5 points. Part of the 2019 side that reached the Plate semi-finals.
