A-Trade Finance Limited was co-founded by Lawrence Webb after some 30 years at HSBC, where he built the bank’s cash management business across Asia-Pacific and became Global Head of Trade Services and Supply Chain Finance, based in Hong Kong.
The firm provides trade, supply chain and working capital finance, with offices that have included London, Geneva, Hong Kong and Johannesburg, and has a particular interest in the mining and commodity sectors and larger development projects.
A-Trade's founders and partners have a long association with rugby in Hong Kong as players and coaches, from minis through to youth level and the New Year's Day Tournament, where many OSOB players started out.
