SHRM Trustees (BVI) Limited is the British Virgin Islands company of the SHRM Group, an independent, privately owned provider of trust, fiduciary and corporate services. Its work includes forming and administering companies, acting as registered agent, setting up and running trusts, providing directors, supporting family offices and administering BVI funds.
SHRM says the group has been developing since 1998. Its head office is at Trinity Chambers in Road Town, Tortola, and it is licensed by the BVI Financial Services Commission. It works alongside law firms, banks, asset managers and tax advisers.
The group has offices in the British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg and Hong Kong, where SHRM Financial Services (HK) Limited is based on Queen's Road Central.
